一、研究領域和方向
主要研究方向包括農業動物生長發育相關性狀及人類疾病遺傳基礎解析和關鍵基因的功能研究,重點以哮喘小鼠模型為實驗材料,探討炎癥相關基因在哮喘等炎癥性疾病發生發展中的作用和機制;以上述研究工作為平臺,開展武陵山區重要藥用植物資源的生物活性成分的篩選鑒定及應用于哮喘治療的研究工作。
