研究方向:尹世金,教授,副院長,碩士生導師。2009年獲武漢大學微生物學專業博士學位,先后在美國University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston和Washington University in St Louis從事藥理學和神經生物學博士后研究工作。主要從事離子通道藥理學研究,以疾病相關性離子通道蛋白為靶點,研究生物活性多肽和有機小分子在感覺過敏性反應(痛和癢)及自身免疫性疾病發生中的作用。發現瞬時電位受體通道TRPV1和TRPA1介導類維生素A的痛覺過敏反應;證明人源性Beta防御素2通過直接作用于免疫細胞tlr4受體,誘導細胞因子釋放并作用于小鼠背根神經節細胞TRPV1通道而致癢;闡明了Kv1.3通道介導蝎、蜈蚣毒素多肽和傣藥龍血竭中查爾酮類化合物的免疫抑制作用。主持國家自然科學基金3項,主持和參與科技部國家重點研發計劃等省部級項目10余項;發表研究論文80余篇,其中包括Immunity、Nat Commun和The Journal of Clinical Investigation等自然指數收錄的SCI論文40余篇;獲國家發明專利4項;獲湖北省科學技術進步一等獎、二等獎各一項;獲湖北省教學成果二等獎一項;獲民族醫藥協會科技進步一等獎一項?,F任中國民族醫藥協會理事和智庫專家、湖北省中醫藥學會常務理事、湖北省藥學會中藥和天然藥專業委員會委員、湖北省毒理學會理事。獨立承擔了《生物化學》、《生物化學實驗》、《解剖生理學實驗》等多門課程的教學工作。
