主要從事天然產物糖化學及其藥理學研究,包括糖類活性成分化學、結構修飾、活性篩選及靶點機制研究。

作為核心骨干參加了新靶點抗凝藥物LFG53/YB209(內源性凝血因子X酶抑制劑)研發,主要承擔藥物原料及制劑制備工藝、新藥目標成分確認、質量研究、結構確證、雜質研究,并參與構-效關系研究及藥代動力學研究、知識產權保護與新藥注冊等工作。目前,LFG53/YB209已作為First-in-class類新藥取得中國NMPA和美國FDA的臨床批件(許可)
