作為項目負責人主持國家級、省部級,企業橫向等項目10余項,國家發明專利8項。已在國際高水平SCI 期刊上發表論文 60 余篇,1篇高被引論文,3篇封面論文。相關研究工作以中英法口頭報告的形式應邀參加第十屆國際磷脂大會(荷蘭鹿特丹)、歐盟食品營養健康國際會議(法國斯特拉斯堡)、中日韓及東南亞水產品加工與質量安全國際研討會(中國青島),湖北省色譜質譜學術會議(中國武漢)等國內外學術會議。擔任《Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety》、《Journal of Food Agricultural and Food Chemistry》、《Food Chemistry》、《Food Research International》等國際高水平期刊的審稿人。

教學與培養學生:

主講本科生課程,包括《醫藥數理統計》、《藥物分析》、《藥學類專業英語》等理論課程教學,《藥物分析實驗》、《暑期液相色譜實踐》等實驗實踐課程教學,以及《走進法國飲食文化鑒賞》公選課。研究生課程《現代中藥技術》。

主持完成校級教改項目4項,發表國家級和省級核心教研論文4篇。榮獲中南民族大學五四青年(教工)先鋒,中南民族大學研究生創新基金優秀指導老師、挑戰杯大學生課外學術科技作品競賽優秀指導老師、第四屆中南民族大學科普講解大賽三等獎、中南民族大學優秀學士學位論文指導老師、中南民族大學優秀教職工。指導學生獲得研究生國家獎學金、中南民族大學優秀研究生標兵或優秀研究生、研究生創新基金成果展一等獎等一系列榮譽。
