專業培養目標

機械設計制造及其自動化專業服務于國家、民族區域經濟和社會發展需要,培養具備機械、電子、控制與激光技術等學科的基本理論和基礎知識,具備先進制造技術、機電一體化控制等專業能力,能夠在機械及相關領域從事設計制造、科技開發、應用研究、運行管理,具有創新意識和創業精神的高素質應用型專門人才。具體培養目標如下:

目標1:具有社會責任感和良好的人文科學素養,熟悉機械工程領域行業規范和法律法規,工程實踐中充分考慮工程與社會、環境的關系。

目標2:具備解決機械設計、制造及自動化相關領域復雜工程問題所需的自然科學知識、工程基礎知識及專業基礎知識,熟悉本行業的應用現狀和發展趨勢

目標3:能夠提煉、分析和解決機械工程領域的關鍵問題,能運用專業知識和現代工具,分析、研究和解決機械設計、制造、控制等復雜的機械工程問題。

目標4:具有良好的職業素養和溝通交流能力,能有效的進行團隊合作、交流與分享,并能自由思考、創造創新、獨立承擔的責任意識。

目標5:能夠持續關注國內外機械設計、智能制造、信息技術發展及在機械工程及中的應用,具備較好的創新意識、終身學習能力、自我提高的意識、可持續發展理念。


Cultivation Objectives

This major serves the need for developing the economy and society of the country and regions. The program is designed to bring out versatile talents with the fundamental knowledge and application skills of mechanical design, electronic, control and laser technology. Students would be graduated with innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial spirit as well as the ability of designing and manufacturing, scientific and technological development, application research and operation management in machinery and related field. The objectives are as follows:

Goal 1: Have the sense of social responsibility and good humanities literacy, understanding the professional ethics and legal norms in mechanical engineering practice, and take consideration of society and environment in engineering practice.

Goal 2: Have basic mathematical knowledge, basic engineering knowledge and engineering technology required to solve complex engineering problems in mechanical engineering and related fields, and be familiar with the application status and development trend of the industry.

Goal 3: Be able to extract, analyze and solve the key problems encountered in implementation of mechanical engineering. Have the ability to independently apply professional knowledge and modern tools to analysis, study and solve complex mechanical engineering problems such as mechanical design, manufacture and control.

Goal 4: Have good professional quality and communication skills, efficient at teamwork communication and sharing, have the sense of responsibility and thinking independently and creativity.

Goal 5: Pay attention to the development of mechanical design, intelligent manufacturing, information technology and its application in mechanical engineering at home and abroad, have Good sense of innovation, lifelong learning ability, self-improvement consciousness and sustainable development concept.


二、畢業要求

本專業以先進制造、智能制造技術為主線,突出激光技術、自動化技術以及信息技術在現代高端裝備的設計、制造、運行、維護、管理等制造業中的應用。提出的12項畢業要求與工程認證通用的12條畢業要求具有一一對應關系,是根據中南民族大學人才培養定位,結合機械設計制造及其自動化專業特色與培養目標,充分考慮工程教育認證通用標準的需要而制定。畢業生應達到的具體要求如下:

1.工程知識:能夠將數學、自然科學、工程基礎和專業知識用于解決復雜機械工程問題。

2.問題分析:能夠應用數學、自然科學基本原理,并通過文獻研究,識別、表達、分析機械工程問題,以獲得有效結論。

3.設計/開發解決方案:能夠設計針對復雜機械工程問題的解決方案,設計滿足特定需求的機械系統、部件或工藝流程,并能夠在設計環節中體現創新意識,考慮法律、健康、安全、文化、社會以及環境等因素。

4.研究:能夠基于科學原理并采用科學方法對機械工程問題進行研究,包括設計實驗、分析與解釋數據、并通過信息綜合得到合理有效的結論。

5.使用現代工具:能夠在機械工程實踐中開發、選擇與使用恰當的技術、資源、現代工程工具和信息技術工具,并了解其局限性。

6.工程與社會:能夠基于工程相關背景知識進行合理分析,評價機械工程實踐和機械工程問題解決方案對社會、健康、安全、法律以及文化的影響,并理解應承擔的責任。

7.環境和可持續發展:能夠理解和評價工程實踐對環境、社會可持續發展的影響。

8.職業規范:具有人文社會科學素養、社會責任感和工程職業道德。

9.個人和團隊:具有在多學科團隊中發揮作用的能力。

10.溝通:能夠就工程問題與業界同行及社會公眾進行有效溝通和交流,包括撰寫報告和設計文稿、陳述發言、清晰表達或回應指令。并具備一定的國際視野,能夠在跨文化背景下進行溝通和交流。

11.項目管理:理解并掌握工程管理原理與經濟決策方法,并能在多學科環境中應用。

12.終身學習:具有自主學習和終身學習的意識,有不斷學習和適應發展的能力。


Basic Requirements for Graduation

This program bases the advanced manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing technology as the main line, and highlights the laser technology, automation technology and information technology in the design, manufacture, operation, maintenance, management and application of modern high end equipment. There is a point-to-point correspondence between the 12 graduation requirements of mechanical engineering major and the general graduation requirements of engineering certification. It is formulated according to the individual training for the students of Central South University for nationalities, combined with the particularity and training objectives of the major, and fully considering the needs of general standards of engineering certification. Students of this degree should meet the following requirements:

Requirement 1. The Knowledge of Engineering: Have the capability to solve complex mechanical problems using the knowledge of mathematics, natural sciences, basic engineering and specialized knowledge.

Requirement 2. The capability to analyze problem: Have the ability to use the knowledge of mathematics and the basic concept of natural science to research, identify, express, and analyze mechanical engineering problem by studying relevant references, and then get a valid conclusion.

Requirement 3. The capability to design or develop the solutions: Have the ability to design the solution for a specific complex mechanical engineering problem, including the design of the mechanical system/ component and the corresponding fabrication process. During the design process, innovation ideas was embodied, and the laws, health requirements, safety requirement, culture and social environment are considered.

Requirement 4. Research: Have the ability to study mechanical engineering problem based on scientific principles and scientific methods, mechanical engineering problems, including experiments design, analysis and data analyzing, and then get reasonable conclusions through information synthesis.

Requirement 5. The usage of modern tools: Have the ability to develop, select and use appropriate technology, resources, modern engineering tools and information technology tools in mechanical engineering practice, and understand their limitations.

Requirement 6. Engineering and society: Have the ability to analysis and evaluate the social, health, safety, legal and cultural impacts of mechanical engineering practices and mechanical engineering problem solutions based on engineering related background knowledge, and understand the responsibilities to be undertaken.

Requirement 7. Environment and sustainable development: Have the ability to understand and evaluate the impact of engineering practice on environmental and social sustainable development.

Requirement 8. Professional norms: Have humanities and Social Sciences accomplishment, sense of social responsibility and engineering professional ethics.

Requirement 9. Individual and team: Have the ability to play a role in multidisciplinary teams.

Requirement 10. Communication: Communicate effectively with peers and the public about the engineering problems, including writing technical reports, design documents and speeches, express ideas clearly and respond to the command precisely. Also have an international perspective and the ability to communicate effectively in a cross-culture environment.

Requirement 11. Project management: Understand and master the basic concept and method of engineering project management and economic decision-making, and can use them in a multidiscipline environment.

Requirement 12. Lifelong learning: Have the consciousness of whole life education and  independent learning, have the ability to continuously learn and adapt to development.
