四、學術研究：
從事藥用植物、真菌天然產物及其功能研究。聚焦真菌特有天然產物的結構及其功能，尤其是真菌特有聚酮和萜類分子，發現具有獨特結構的抗炎活性分子“口蘑三萜”，發現具有顯著鎮痛活性的真菌特有二萜等。獲得新的天然產物700余個，多個分子被評為研究熱點。主持國家自然科學基金、省部級項目等科研基金13項，在Org Lett，Org Chem Front,J Org Chem，J Nat Prod，J Agri Food Chem等多種學術期刊以第一作者或通訊作者發表研究論文130余篇。
